Our menu consists of a variety of ingredients to cook in your hot pot.  It includes:

One (1) Seafood Boat consisting of:

B.C. Oysters                    P.E.I. Mussels                    Mushroom sprouts

Fresh Shrimp (2)            Fresh Fish-of-the-Day      Japanese-style Tofu

Bay Scallops (2)             Surf Clams (2)                  Manila Clams (3)

Fresh Hitaki mushrooms

Meat: Rib-eye beef, Lamb shoulder, Chicken, Pork.

Noodles: Rice noodles, Shanghai noodles, Rice Vermicelli, U-Don noodles.

Seafood: P.E.I. Mussels, Baby Cuttlefish, Crab Sticks, Fried Fish Cake.
